Course Description:

This workshop will focus on the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the body. We will explore how and why many of our clients show up with chronic pain and difficult to manage health conditions alongside their mental health concerns. Interventions for stabilization will be discussed, and we will explore the role of dissociation.
