Course Description:

Join us for a live, virtual continuing education webinar on understanding and healing sexual trauma
impacts along the reproductive path and throughout parenthood. This training addresses the prevalence of sexual trauma and is a call to action to support clients at every step of their healing. Expand your trauma-informed practice and increase both clinical competency and nervous system capacity to respond to unexpected disclosures while working within fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and with parent populations. Participants will explore the unique ways sexual trauma can emerge or resurface during reproductive and parenting transitions, common clinical presentations, the influence of attachment wounds and developmental trauma, and the impact of systemic injustice and stigma on survivors' healing.

Through expanded education on complex trauma, attachment theory, and perinatal and parenthood
population case examples, participants will learn how to preserve and enhance the therapeutic
relationship, uphold trust, strengthen protective factors, and empower clients both inside and outside the therapy room. Whether you are an EMDR trained clinician or use other modalities to work with trauma, you will leave with tools, IFS/Parts work specific interventions and resources that can be immediately applied in practice. Anna's mission is to help clinicians feel more grounded and confident in this tender work—offering survivors hope, healing experiences and the possibility of posttraumatic growth.

Course Access:
Virtual on Zoom - link will be provided prior to the workshop.
