Course Description:
This workshop will define trauma and the various ways that it shows up in people’s lives. We will focus on understanding how trauma impacts individuals and communities as well as how it shows up in our work with clients. Participants will walk away with knowledge of how to provide psychoeducation to clients as well as recognize how stress impacts individuals across the diagnostic spectrum, including factors such as substance use and dissociation.
Location:Â Virtual on Zoom - Zoom link will be included in the course materials and made available prior to the training start date.

This workshop is intended for licensed mental health therapists. Skill level: Beginner/Intermediate.
