Course Description:
This course invites mental health professionals into the symbolic and transformative world of dreams. This course introduces the foundational theories and principles of dreamwork, exploring how dreams can illuminate unconscious patterns, support emotional integration, and deepen therapeutic insight. We will examine how dream exploration can help clients process unresolved material and navigate their waking lives with greater clarity.
Through experiential learning and clinical application, therapists will gain practical tools for inviting, exploring, and integrating dream material into therapy sessions.

Agenda:
10-10:30 – Welcome, Introduction to dreamwork in psychotherapy
10:30-11 – basic tenets of dreamwork
11-12 - how dreamwork helps clients with their daily lives
12-1 – practical tools for helping clients with their dreams
